WE DO NOT GUARANTEE OUT OF STOCK WIGS TO ARRIVE BY A SPECIFIC DATE. WE DO NOT SHIP PARTIAL SHIPMENTS FOR IN STOCK/OUT OF STOCK ORDERS. For more information, please see the restock page or the support tab on the left side of the website.
Please allow 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM CST) for any orders to be processed. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS. We do not ship Saturday, Sunday, or after 4:30pm CST each day.
Shipping times shown upon checkout for USPS Priority mail are estimates delivered directly from the USPS servers based on your zip code. They are not guaranteed nor are they refundable. Priority mail can and sometimes does take up to five days, as stated on the USPS website.
PLEASE NOTE* This does not include the 2-3 days for Priority Mail or 2-5 days for First Class shipping by USPS. Please plan your order accordingly. While the vast majority of our orders go out within one business day, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SAME DAY SHIPPING, EVEN ON EXPRESS 1-2 DAY PACKAGES.
For any refunds due to goods lost or damaged in transit, you must purchase shipping insurance. Shipping insurance is offered underneath the price on every wig page, near the bottom of the style's photo (or, alternately, here). To order it, click on the appropriate TOTAL parcel value in the drop-down menu and click 'add to cart.' If you do not select the appropriate parcel value, your package will not be refunded or replaced in the event of loss or damage. If you do not purchase shipping insurance, your package will not be refunded or replaced in the event of loss or damage.
If you live in an apartment or suspect package tampering at your residence, please have your items delivered to a secure location. We are not responsible for stolen packages, and the USPS does not insure packages once it is marked as delivered.
For international mail, the expected times are as follows (PLEASE NOTE: THESE ARE USPS EXPECTED TIMES AS STATED ON THEIR WEBSITE. WE DO NOT PROMISE THESE TIMES NOR DO WE HAVE CONTROL OVER THEM):
For international first-class parcel - 2-6 weeks shipping time. Tracking number available, though updates once it leaves the US are not guaranteed. Refunds on lost packages are not promised by Arda Wigs unless insurance is purchased.
For international priority mail - 6-10 business days shipping time. Tracking number available. Refunds on lost packages are not promised by Arda Wigs unless insurance is purchased.
For international express parcel - 3-5 business days shipping time. Tracking number available. Insured up to $100 USD unless extra is purchased.

It should go without saying, but if you are ordering from overseas, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES IMPOSED UPON DELIVERY. Unfortunately these fees are out of our control and cannot be handled by us. Buyer beware, and know your country's laws to avoid disappointment.
If you would like to return your wigs and/or accessories, e-mail us at email@example.com. Please be sure to include a note detailing the information of your order inside of your package. This includes first and last name, order number, and the items you'd like to exchange your wigs for. Upon receipt of the items, a team member will be in contact with you to select your shipping method and payment of shipping.
Wigs and accessories can be returned for store credit or exchanged IF the customer has not worn or styled any of the products purchased. Please contact us via e-mail within five business days (not weekends) of receiving the item(s). If the customer has altered or worn any wigs or accessories purchased, does not inform us of their return request within five days, or does not have the appropriate packaging in its original condition, their eligibility for return is voided. In order to assure our customers quality, unworn wigs, we inspect every return purchase upon receiving them at our offices before approving the item for return. We will not grant any refund or return without first receiving the item and inspecting it. We will not grant any refund or return if the item is returned without its bag, netting, or filling (tissue). We will not grant any refund or return if the item is damaged or has been worn. To be eligible for returns, the item MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, INCLUDING THE PACKAGING. Please be honest with your returns; if you've put it on your head, don't send it back. Believe it or not, we CAN tell.
Full refunds will only be given in the event of a defective product or a mistake on the part of our shipping department (i.e. you order one item, and we send you the incorrect item). Full refunds will NOT be given in the event of loss or damage by the postal service if the customer has not purchased postage insurance. YOU MUST PURCHASE POSTAGE INSURANCE TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM USPS, UPS, OR FEDEX. Postage insurance is available here.
Customers who choose to exchange their purchase (different color required, different style required, not satisfied with the color, style too long/too short, changed mind, etc) are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the vendor. We are also available during business hours to answer any and all questions regarding our product specifications. If the color is not what you thought it was on your monitor, or the style is longer/shorter than it looked on the wig head photo, please be advised that is not a mistake on our part, and you must pay shipping both to and from our warehouse to have the item exchanged. If the exchange is due to a mistake (wrong item sent) or defective item on the part of Arda Wigs we will cover or refund all additional shipping costs incurred from replacement of the item.

We collect information from a variety of sources, including information provided by you and information we collect when you visit our website.

- Information you provide: name, address (billing and shipping), zip code, e-mail address, telephone number(s), mobile number(s), credit card number(s), birth date, password and etc.;
- Information associated with use of our Web site: arda-wigs.com uses the information gathered from cookies and web beacons, such as IP address, to enhance your experience on our Web site;
- Information associated with doing business with Arda Wigs: transaction information, including the items purchased, and the date and time of your transaction;
- Information from third party sources: we may receive your updated shipping information from a third party carrier;
We may use the information we collect to process a transaction, provide the products or services you request, to improve our website and stores, to enhance your shopping experience, and for marketing and promotional purposes. We may combine information about you that we collect on-line, at our vendor tables, and from third party sources.
We may share your information within Arda Wigs. When you make a purchase, we may share information about you and your transaction with other companies or web sites necessary to process your transaction (i.e. Paypal, USPS, UPS, FedEx). We will not share your information externally. We will not sell your information to any third party data gathering service.
