Asta
Hansel or Jareth in (CL-053A) Victory Blonde
His fluffy hair can be easily achieved with our styles made for spiking. Check out our Reki Kyan tutorial for inspiration in spikes! A little bit of teasing should help to get enough volume for gravity defying spikes.
Yuno Grinberryall
Magnum Long in (CL-078) Black
His sleek and black hair style can easily be made out of a Magnum long with some thinning and adjustments.
Noelle Silva
Chibi in (CL-082) Silver
Our Chibi is a perfect choice for Noelle, with a bit of altering and lowering of the ponytails. If you want a more versatile style, a Lulu and two Mid Clips in the same color would work perfectly too.
Yami Sukehiro
Marty or Jiro in (CL-078) Black
Our already fluffy Marty is a great base for Yami’s hair style. If it is too short for you, add a short weft in the same color. If you are on a budget, a Jiro is a good alternative to the Marty with its swept back hardfront. It comes in additional new colors including Black.
Julius Novachrono
Magnum or Jett + Long Weft in (CL-059) Ginger Blonde
He has two different hairstyles throughout the story. For his longer, fluffy version a Magnum would be the ideal length. For his shorter style, with two long braids in the back a Jett with a Long Weft would be a great combination. Ginger Blonde has a not too yellowish undertone. If you want it lighter or more yellow, Light Blonde would be the match.
Mars
Marty in (CL-029) Powder Blue or (CL-082) Silver
Mars has light purple hair; however, we don’t have such light colored purple. Starting with a Silver Marty or Jiro you can dye a light tint to it. If you want it cooler or a blueish undertone, start with a Marty in Powder Blue. Check out our Wig Dyeing tutorial, if you want to give it a try!
Zora Ideale
Morpheus or Phoenix in (CL-004) Apple Red
Zora has a swept back, slightly spiked, fiery red hairstyle. A lacefront like our Morpheus is already made for gravity defying ponytails and styles, so it would be a perfect option. If you are on a budget, a Phoenix or a Jiro would be a good option.
Nozel Silva
Dany or Malinda in (CL-082) Silver
Nozel has a very distinguished hairstyle with a braid as bangs. The rest of his hair is swept back, so a lace front would be the best match for him. A Dany would be a good option because it has a laced middle parting. If you are on a budget, a Malinda can be altered with heat to match his hairstyle.
]]>Yoichi Isagi
Caine in (CL-078) Black or (CL-039) Raven
Yoichi has a simple short hairstyle that's easily made from a Caine. In the manga, he has dark blue hair and our Raven would be perfect for that. If you go with the anime version, his hair is black.
Seishiro Nagi
Hansel in (CL-082) Silver or (CL-083) Pure White
Seishiro has short and scruffy white hair, depending on your preference, a Hansel in White or slightly muted Silver would be a good choice.
Meguru Bachira
Vivien or Heidi in (CL-078) Black plus wefts in Light Blonde (CL-060) or Yellow (CL-061)
Meguru’s hairstyle is a ruffled, layered bob style with yellowish blonde strands at the neck area. That can be achieved with a Vivien, if you want to have more freedom in trimming and a Heidi, if you don’t want to trim a lot. The yellow highlights can be added with wefts.
Hyoma Chigiri
Luthien in (CL-004) Apple Red or (CL-005) Cherry Red
Hyoma has very silky, long red hair. For a long and flowy version, a Silky Luthien may be an easily maintainable option. If you go for a shorter version, an Eowyn would be an excellent choice that’s easily recyclable for other cosplays.
Shōei Barō
Morpheus or Malinda in (CL-078) Black
Shoei has a gravity defying hairstyle. A Morpheus is a good choice for a lacefront option. If you’re on a budget, a Malinda is the non-lace equivalent.
Rin Itoshi
Blue Steele or Lulu in (CL-078) Black
Rin has nearly the same hairstyle as Yoichi, however his bangs are a bit longer and more feathered. That might be a good option for our Blue Steele or Lulu, as the bangs can be shortened as desired but the back is already short.
Rensuke Kunigami
Jett in (CL-064) Light Copper Red
His short and overall fluffy style can be best accomplished with a Jett that also comes in the perfect color for him! Just fluff it up and tease a bit for a sturdier hairstyle.
Anri Teieri
Inigo in (CL-070) Chocolate
The young woman features a braided, shoulder-length hairstyle in a very warm brown. With a bit of teasing and texturizing, an Inigo would be a good choice for her style. For extra hair, some wefts may be added for the braids.
Reo Mikage
Landon in (CL-023) Grape or Eowyn in (CL-020) Ultraviolet
Reo’s hair is a nice and rich purple with a clean haircut. A Landon would be an optimal choice for him. However when you’re on a budget or want to make his ponytail style, you may find a good solution in an Eowyn in Ultraviolet.
]]>Luz Noceda
Jareth or Skyelar in (CL-074) Spanish Brown
The main protagonist is a cute human teenage girl with fluffy brown hair and several hairstyles. A Jareth would be suitable if you want it more cartoonish and with bigger spikes, while a Skyelar would serve a more natural look. Dark Brown is a good alternate color if Spanish Brown in unavailable. Benny or Hansel also make good ready to wear options for her earlier season looks.
Eda Clawthorne
Tauriel in (CL-081) Light Grey
Eda’s hair is voluminous and round shaped so the wig would need some texturizing and teasing to accomplish that. A Tauriel would be a perfect start for that as it already has a widow’s peak. Add some (Cl-082) Silver or (CL-083) Pure White highlights with ventilating or glue for her side streaks.
Hunter
Kyle or Hansel in (CL-053) Ash Blonde
Hunter normally has a neat undercut for which a Kyle is already perfect. The darker gradient may be painted with some hair chalks or airbrush color. For his current hairstyle a Hansel would be a good choice.
Emira Blight
Grace in (CL-047) Dark Green or (CL-048) Emerald Green
The oldest Blight sister has a bright Emerald braided Ponytail. A Grace could be managed into her style with some teasing and an extra weft.
Edric Blight
Magnum in (CL-048) Emerald Green or Vivien in (CL-047) Dark Green
Emira’s twin brother has the same hair color with fluffy bangs. Go for a Magnum if you want his style to look more natural and short. A Vivien would be more versatile if you have a big head or a lot of hair to adjust the length.
Amity Blight
Jane in (CL-025) Lilac or (CL-026) Ice Violet
The third Blight sibling has a fluffy bob style and a Jane would suit her very well. You can comb out the curls and tame them with some heat or straighten them out easily. Both colours would be a good match, Ice Violet is a bit colder and blueish while Lilac is warm and more pinkish.
Lilith Clawthorne
Dany or Grace in (CL-038) Dark Blue
Lilith’s long dark navy hair would be well portrayed by a lacefront such as our Dany or by a Grace when you are on a budget. While Dark Blue is a good match for her hair, Midnight Blue would be more perfect. If the color is extremely important to you, a Ferrari can be formed into a bangless and longer style with some long wefts. Or you try to mix Midnight Blue into the Dark Blue wig for your own unique blend!
Willow Park
Grace or Ferrari in (CL-045) Mako Green with Mint highlight.
Willow has two fluffy, shoulder length braids. Our Mako Green is a great match together with a clip-in in Mint for her front highlight. Tease the hair thoroughly to achieve her fluffy hair and braid it with the pinching technique.
]]>Magnum Long in (CL-029) Powder Blue or Caine in (CL-030) Aqua
The unique player has a quite simple hairstyle with powderish blue hair. A Caine would already be the right length and comes in Aqua. If you want a lighter Powder Blue, go for the Magnum long and trim it. Check out our Bishounen Tutorial to get his bangs correct!
Kagami Taiga
Hansel in (Cl-005A) Rust Red and (CL-077A) Cool Dark Brown
Kagami's hair color is as wild as his temper with red on top and cool dark brown underneath. For his look you would need to splice two wigs into one and our Hansels would be a good match for that. Just thin the tips and straighten them, but of course you can use every base you like as a combination.
Our Two Tone Wig Tutorial might be a good help in that case!
Midorima Shintaro
Caine in (CL-046B) Grass Green
Our color Grass Green was invented for Midorima so it is a perfect choice. With our Caine you don’t even need to trim a lot until you’re ready to point for your team.
Aomine Daiki
Jett in (CL-039) Raven or Lulu in (CL-038) Dark Blue
Aomine is known as the Ace and his short Dark Blue hairstyle is fitting his cat like appearance. You can either go for an already short but more scruffy style with the Jett or for a sleek style that needs trimming with our Lulu.
Kise Ryouta
Magnum Long in (CL-055A) Champagne or (CL-056) Fairy Blonde
Kise works as a model and so his hair is on point as well. A Magnum Long would suit him well either in Fairy Blonde or Champagne if you want to keep his hair color more natural. The already feathery cut of the Magnum makes it easy to get his hairstyle right.
Murasakibara Atsushi
Magnum Long in (CL-023) Grape or Viktor in (CL-019) Nightshade
Murasakibara is the largest member of the Wonder Generation and his hairstyle varies throughout the anime. For his loose, open style, a Magnum long would be a good grab. When he wears his ponytail, with the front tied back too, a Viktor could be a good companion after a trim!
Akashi Seijuro
Caine in (CL-004) Apple Red or Magnum Long in (CL-006B) Berry
The former captain has a very flashy hair color varying between Berry and Apple Red whatever suits your wishes better! The Caine already comes in the perfect length. The Magnum Long would need some trimming to get his short hairstyle like Kuroko’s.
Riko Aida
Magnum Long or Magnum in (CL-072) Light Brown
Seirin’s Manager is a strong woman with a short layered bob style. A Magnum would already come in the right length. If you want her longer hair, a Magnum Long would be suitable.
Momoi Satsuki
Grace in (CL-011) Bubblegum or Luthien in (CL-013) Serah Pink
Momoi is a beautiful young woman and Too Academy’s manager. Her hair is long and flowy, depending on the length a Grace or a Luthien would be a fitting choice. They just need some straightening and thinning to make her hair look more flowy. If you want a low maintenance wig, go for the Silky option of the Luthien.
]]>Takemichi Hanagaki
Phoenix in (CL-060) Light Blonde or Ken in (CL-057) Pale Blonde
The main protagonist has bright Blonde hair in his younger days with a fluffy top and slicked back sides. The Ken could be trimmed and styled easily for this hairstyle, if you’re on a budget a Phoenix would work out too. For his adult version, a Hansel in Black would be the perfect match.
Why not check out our Takemichi Tutorial!
Hinata Tachibana
Inigo in (CL-012) Light Pink or Venus in (CL-010) Princess Pink
Takemichi’s former girlfriend has a very distinctive hair color. For her young version, an Inigo would be a good choice whether in Light or Princess Pink. For her adult version, a Venus would be a good match (maybe with a few strands salvaged to make her bangs longer).
Manjiro Sano
Bucky or Westley in (CL-055A) Champagne
Manjiro has a lot of different appearances, depending on the timeline, but his most well known style could be achieved with a Bucky that is trimmed and tied at the top in a small man bun. Also, his adult appearance can be achieved with that when the hair is fully trimmed and slicked back or using a Cady.
When you're on a budget, a Westley would be a good choice with some teasing to fluff out the sides.
For his alternate timeline styles, a Kyle would be good in Black or Pure White.
Ken Ryuguji
Dany in (CL-055A) Champagne
Ken has two bald sidecuts that could only be achieved through wearing a bald cap or being bald and putting a strip of hair on top of either your head or the bald cap and gluing it with spirit gum or lace tape.
Part of a Dany would be a good choice, as his remaining hair is tied into a braid and slicked back.
Keisuke Baji
Dany or Grace in (CL-078) Black
Keisuke's hairstyle is very easily achieved with a Dany or a Grace when you’re on a budget. The parting of the wigs makes it easy to get his middle parting. The roots on the forehead need some teasing to get them to stand and the tips some thinning to get the weight down. Additionally, the curls can be flattened a bit with a blowdryer, leaving his slight waves at the tips.
Checkout our Sailor Neptune Tutorial for some ideas how to achieve his bangs with a Grace.
Atsushi Sendo
Jareth in (CL-005A) Rust Red or (CL-002) Maroon
He has a very prominent pompadour in a color described as Plum but it looks more like a reddish brown. So, Maroon or Rust Red would be a good choice for that. As a base, a Jareth might be a good choice, as it can be curled, teased, and fluffed into the pompadour hairstyle and pinned back with bobby pins as he has in his hair. Our Mondo Owada Tutorial can be a good guide for a Pompadour!
.
Nahoya Kawata
Inigo in (CL-062A) Light Peach or Magnum in (CL-062) Peach
Nahoya’s hair is extremely fluffy and would require some good backcombing to get his round shape of hair. Depending on which color you choose, either a Magnum or an Inigo would be good matches. If you’d like to dye a wig, a Jareth or Nigel could have enough thickness. Crimping might be a good option here!
Takashi Mitsuya
Hansel or Landon in (CL-081A) Twilight Grey
Takashi’s hair is super short and scruffy, but his hair color is a perfect match to our Twilight Grey! You can use a Landon for a very natural front or a Hansel if you’re on a budget and backcomb the front to make it look more natural or glue a fake hairline.
Kazutora Hanemiya
Jareth in (CL-078) Black and Wefts in (CL-055) Lemon Drop
His hair is blunt cut at the tips with distinctive bright yellow blonde streaks on top. A Jareth would be a good match to get his spikes and length right, for the colored streaks just add some wefts in Lemon Drop, Yellow or Light Blonde, depending on your preference.
Chifuyu Matsuno
Kyle in (CL-056) Fairy Blonde or (CL-055A) Champagne
Chifuyu’s hair is fluffy and hanging in his face with a dark blonde colored undercut. Our Kyle is a perfect match; the undercut can just be tinted with hair chalk or an airbrush. We do not recommend Rit dye on this unless you can and want to curl back all the short fiber in the back.
Taiju Shiba
Dany or Grace in (CL-038) Dark Blue + Wefts in (CL-083) Pure White or (CL-028) Periwinkle
Taiju’s hair is a wild mane of dark blue and white or light blue streaks. This can be accomplished with a Dany plus added wefts. As his hair is slightly slipped back, a lacefront would be the easiest way, however, you can also utilize a Grace if you’re on a budget! Our Ventilating Tutorial as well as our Ibuki Wig Tutorial might help with adding the white strands.
Yuzuha Shiba
Grace in (CL-063) Papaya
The young and beautiful sister of Taiju is described as having ginger hair. For her style, a Grace in Papaya would be the best match. If you’d rather go for Light Peach and you got some styling experience you can also go for an Inigo and short wefts or clip in extensions in Light Peach.
]]>Stede Bonnet
For our favorite Gentleman Pirate the best choice is our new Rhys that’s specially made for Stede. It’s the best choice in color and style. Izzy Hands
For Blackbeards furious First Mate, we specifically designed a wig that’s a mix of (CL-079) Ash Black and (CL-078) Black to give it a natural aged look. Add some extra gray strands and Hair Chalk to accentuate the grayish parts he has in the front. We also have got Izzy - a set of mustache, sideburns and goatee - for him that completes the look.
Jim Jimenez
Skyelar in (CL-077) Deep Brown or Amber in (CL-077) Deep Brown
Depending on how long the hair has to be, a Skyelar or the longer version Amber would be a good choice for Jim’s natural, layered look. With the hat, a Lacefront is not necessary, but if a lacefront is chosen a straightened Bucky would be a good choice for them.
Oluwande Boodhari
Landon in (CL-078) Black
Oluwande has very very short hair and tight curls. If you're not using your own hair, that can either be achieved from wig hair or crocheted yourself like in our Crochet Afro Tutorial.
Lucius Spriggs
The fancy scribe has a short, swept back hairstyle with a curl in the front. The Lucius in Cool Dark Brown would be our first choice. The Landon would be a good back-up and won’t need much trimming.
Frenchie
Vern in (CL-077) Deep Brown or Bucky in (CL-077) Deep Brown
The friendly bard has fluffy afro curls. For him, either a Vern could be trimmed shorter or a Bucky curled into his tight curls.

Bucky in (CL-078) Black
The ship's cook and surgeon has very tight curls, but they are longer than Frenchie's. The best bet would be to recurl a Bucky into his tight Afro curls.
The Swede
Bucky in (CL-054) Titanium Blonde or Skyelar in (CL-054) Titanium Blonde
The Swede has typical Nordic blonde hair that’s quite thin and held with a headband. A Bucky could be straightened and already has nice layers. A Skyelar would be a fine choice when you’re on a budget.

]]>Yusuke Urameshi
Landon or Cady in (CL-078) Black or Phoenix in (CL-078) Black

Yor Forger
Ayumi or Eowyn in (CL-078) Black
The beautiful Thorn Princess tugs her hair over her head to create her face framing locks. Both wigs are a good choice depending on how much work you want to put into the wig. The Ayumi comes with the perfect form right out of the bag, while the Eowyn would need some styling and thinning to cross the hair on top of the head. Our Braid Tutorial could give you an idea on how to deal with the Eowyn when creating her updo.
When using an Ayumi you can add two Odango Buns in Black to imitate her amount of hair in the back, without adding too much weight.
Yuri Briar
Magnum Long or Vivien in (CL-078) Black

Jaguar is a longer and thicker version of the Caine if you want a bit more hair to work with. Our Kakashi Tutorial demonstrates how you can add texture for more fluffy spikes.
Both Caine and Jaguar have lightly teased tops, which help hide the wig’s cap when parted down the center. Caine won’t need much styling, but it might be a tad short in the front. Jaguar comes in both Periwinkle and Denim Blue if you want an accurate length and don’t mind a little trimming around the sides.
Miya has a bit of a mullet in the back, which is why Jaguar or Magnum Long are great choices with a little trimming. Jaguar has a lightly teased top while Magnum Long has a button top at the crown. Learn some different methods for Creating an Ahoge.

Viktor is a ponytail-ready lacefront but our Jeannie is also a great non-lace option. You can style the bangs of the Jeannie back into the base tail with heat from a hairdryer. Trim the tail shorter and curl with a little heat! Here is a quick guide for using heat on heat-resistant fibers.
While we do have a specialty high pigtail style called Chibi, Momo has less of a bang. You can create a high pigtail style of your own on a Grace using this handy tutorial.
Alternatively, start with a short base like Miles and make the pigtails as separate pieces. The top of the Miles has a skin top so you can part the front down the center with a hairdryer. The tails might need some kind of wire support to stay up. Our Link bun tutorial has some tips for quick wire and foam core supports for a stylized look.
Miles has a skin top along the front hairline while Landon is a lacefront. You can style the front to either side or back with heat from a hairdryer. New to lacefronts? Here’s how to wear one!
Ayumi plus Long Clips in Dark Brown
Our funeral parlor director has a tricky ombre! Adding Crimson wefts to brown tails is an easy solution. For a gradient dye, you can start with a red base and dye the brown areas with Rit Dyemore. View our Keqing Wig tutorial for help using Rit Dyemore or create a faux ombré using wefts.

Both Nina and Ferrari can be straightened with heat! Ferrari has a more feathered bang while Nina has a bit more length and less layers in back. If you want to add the white tips, you can add wefts and feather the pink so it transitions into white, or you can start with a Silver or Pure White style and dye the top pink.

Ferrari in Dusty Blue
We have a tutorial for Eula using a Ferrari in Dusty Blue! She does have a few small silver highlights! You can add Clip-in Extensions for these.
_____________________________________________________________
Ferrari has a button top at the crown while Jareth has a pre-teased top. Either one can be pulled back into a low ponytail, and you’d only need to do a little trimming and heat styling for the front! Watch our tutorial here to determine which top you’d prefer. The small red piece can be made from a Rust Red Clip-in Extension or by hand-coloring with sharpies. Our Ganyu tutorial has some visuals for styling wispy layers.

Magnum in Fairy Blonde or Champagne
Blow-dry or iron the curls of our Magnum down for a more accurate look! Champagne will be a more natural blonde while Fairy Blonde is more cartoon/anime-like.

The dropping rabbit ears can be styled with hair over foam, stiff felt, or thermoplastic supports. Here’s one example for making ears with hair.
_____________________________________________________________

_____________________________________________________________
Venus in Grape or Delilah in Snow White
Similar to the other Archons we’ve met thus far, Shogun has an iconic ombré of color! Dye the top of our Venus in Grape with Rit Dyemore to create this effect.
If you have a lot of experience styling and maintaining long wigs, we also have a tutorial for a full ombre dye + texturing on a Delilah.
_____________________________________________________________
Inigo in Shell Pink or Pink Pearl
Color references vary between more orange or more pink. Shell Pink and Pink Pearl are both lovely shades that would be a good match! You might also like Light Strawberry Blonde or Light Peach. Our Inigo style comes in most of these shades, and our Jaguar style comes in Light Strawberry Blonde. The easiest way to create Kokomi’s style is to trim the back short and curl it down to fake the updo, and then create her long hair bow out of wefts. Add Periwinkle long wefts and feather the top color to create a faux ombré effect.
Our Rufus Shinra tutorial shows how you can trim layers shorter for a smoother back.
_____________________________________________________________
Hansel or Jaguar in Sandy Brown
Our Hansel is an easier out-of-the-bag style while the Jaguar has a lightly teased top that allows extra versatility with a hair dryer. Add Silver or Pure White Short Wefts for the highlights!
Our Rengoku tutorial shows how to add splashes of color with carefully placed wefts. If you can’t find a fur in an exact color match for the ears, here’s one example for making ears with hair:

Derek in Chroma Blue
You can carefully trim the lower back layers and curl them down to create a bowl cut. We recommend keeping at least an inch in length to avoid gaps!
_____________________________________________________________
Jareth Long or Suzi in Silver
Our Jareth Long and Suzi styles have a fluffy top and plenty of layers throughout! Suzi is a lacefront style if you want a more natural hairline, and you can color the front areas with a sharpie or artist marker. Wig Suggestion: Suzi or Tauriel in Electric Blue with Long or X-Long Wefts in Electric Blue
Her hair is very iconic and the color is hard to find. Our widows peak lacefronts in Electric Blue are the perfect match for her Arcane or her classic hairstyle. You can also pluck out the hairline if needed but be careful not to tear the lace. We have a great tutorial with tips on how to do this. Depending on how long you want the braids, choose from Long or X-Long wefts (x-long wefts coming soon!) But keep in mind that wefts will become shorter once braided. You could also use Denim Blue for a darker, more blended look with the other shades.
If you are on a budget you can skip the wefts and use a Jareth or Leia (Coming Soon!) in Electric Blue with wefts and a glued hairline. Check out our glued hair tutorial on how to achieve this look.
Wig Suggestions: Kyle or Jareth in Raspberry or Hot Pink (Classic) and Apple Red (Arcane)
VI’s hair is a very bright red and features her typical side cut. Her hairstyle is short with flippy strands to the side that can easily be styled. Follow our tutorial for tips! Using one of our undercut styles is the easiest way to create a fake side cut. You can also add additional wefts to the longer side, or you can also try to create your own side cut wig by following our Sombra tutorial!
For her classic look, a Jess would be a good option. Her hair is more pink than in the Arcane series and slightly longer. If you don’t want to use RIT dyes on the short part or for shadings, airbrush coloring, hair chalks, or Copic markers would do an awesome job too.
NEW and ARRIVING SOON: Jess in Raspberry Top/Dark Berry Sides and Jess in Berry Top/Dark Berry Sides just for Vi!
Wig Suggestions: Ken or Westley in Dark Brown
Viktor has a slightly swept back style that can be easily achieved when you trim the Ken and flip the hair upwards with a flat iron. If you’re on a budget you can also use a Westley. The hairline can be altered to any direction with some heat and you can leave some short hairs in the front to cover the hairline.
Wig Suggestions: Lindsay or Grace in Deep Brown or Black
Mel is a beautiful young woman with a very complex updo hairstyle. Her locs can be shaped by texturizing jumbo braids. Check out our texturizing tutorials for more tips on how to achieve extra volume: Creating Texture with a Crimping Iron and Creating Texture with a Flat Iron. Wig Suggestion: Luthien in Chroma Blue or Eowyn in Dark Blue; Viktor or Jeannie in Dark Blue for Ponytail version.
Caitlyn has two major hairstyles: down and sleek or in a high ponytail. Her hair color is something between Chroma Blue and Dark Blue, depending on your preference. Our Luthien comes in Chroma Blue but would need some straightening to achieve her look. Check out our straightening tutorial for three different straightening options. If you prefer Dark Blue, Eowyn would be a good option.
If you go for the ponytail version, a Viktor is a very good choice or a Jeannie if you are on a budget. Both can easily be trimmed and styled with heat or feathered out to lessen the weight.
Wig Suggestions: Marty or Landon in Deep Brown or Black
He has very short, slicked back hair that can easily be achieved with a lace front and some teasing in the front to create volume. If you are on a budget you can try a Miles with some teasing or a glued hairline like in our Zack tutorial.

]]>Wig Suggestions: Hansel in Mirkwood Green or Benny in Black
A good shake is all our Hansel needs for a fluffy look, but it can get even fluffier with some teasing and hairspray! See our Deku tutorial for a how-to. John Cho’s Spike has a more visible hairline; you can use a Benny in Black or curl a short lace front like a Cady for a realistic look.

Wig Suggestions: Hansel or Magnum in Cherry Red
A good shake is all our Hansel needs for a fluffy look, but it can get even fluffier with some teasing and hairspray! See our Deku tutorial for a how-to. Magnum has a bit more length and volume in the back. If you want a less bright color, Rust Red is a little darker.

Wig Suggestions: Rosie or Benny in Silver
Our Rosie would need a little trimming around the bottom, but curls are perfect for Hypnos! Our Benny is a shorter style that has some curl to it as well, but you might want to do some of your own curling around the top for a more accurate look. Our Hansel is also great as a quick out-of-the-bag option with a good shake. Our pinup wig tutorial has some tips and tricks for styling curls in heat-resistant wigs.
Wig Suggestions: Grace or Matilda in Black
Nyx has some of the most intense hair in the game. With an updo as well as a fan of hair around the back, it’ll be easier to start with a longer style with a versatile top such as our Grace or Matilda and add a pack of long wefts to the back for more length. The fan base could be structured with a thermoplastic such as Worbla or made out of felt with wire attached to shape it. The top piece could be made with wefts, a hairbun, or hair from the base wig itself over a foam shape. Here are some tutorials to inspire Nyx's look.

Wig Suggestions: Viktor or Jasmine in Silver
Our Viktor and Jasmine styles are designed for ponytails, but they would need to be dyed to match Megaera’s light purple color. For a consistent color that won’t rub off, we recommend a synthetic fabric dye such as Rit Dyemore. To avoid dyeing the lace on Viktor, you can hold the top out of the dye bath and color the undyed spots with artist markers such as Copics. Here are some helpful dye tutorials for fabric dye and marker dye. You can pluck the widow’s peak of our Viktor to round the hairline shape, and Jasmine’s bangs can be styled back with heat from a hairdryer.

Wig Suggestions: Viktor or Cady in Dark Ash Blonde
Our Viktor is a ponytail-ready lacefront, but you could also create the ponytail as a separate attachment on a Cady using wefts. This tutorial features a simple wire support, but you might consider sturdier materials depending on the ponytail’s weight. See our Catra tutorial for making big fluffy spikes!
Wig Suggestions: Cady or Jeannie in Jade

Wig Suggestions: Grace or Matilda in Spanish Brown
Our Matilda is a lace front while our Grace style is more budget friendly. You can tease the top for a higher bang and relax the waves with some heat from a hairdryer. For the lighter brown piece on top, add an XL Clip-in Extension or some short wefts in Warm Light Brown.
Wig Suggestions: Eowyn or Stevie in Black
You might prefer our Stevie for the soft curls, or the Eowyn for the versatile skin top.
Wig Suggestion: Inigo in Pale Blonde
The Inigo’s volume and length are a perfect combo for Holy’s hairstyle. Texture for more fluff around the bottom if needed.
]]>Wig Suggestions: Caine in Black or Deep Brown and a Long Weft in Pumpkin
Zhongli has orange tips in front as well as in his long ponytail. An easy way to achieve this is to dye the top of some long wefts before sewing or gluing them in. One pack should be enough for the front sections as well as the back! Dye separately so you can have a shorter ombre for the front pieces. We recommend Rit Dyemore for synthetic wig dyeing. Not sure how? Learn to ombré dye wefts with our Venti tutorial here.
Wig Suggestion: Hansel in Warm Light Brown
Our Hansel style is perfect out of the back with a good shake or blow-dry to fluff the curls!
Wig Suggestions: Jaguar or Ken in Black
Xiao’s hairstyle is tricky due to the green roots in front, but this can be achieved with either style! For a more natural look, hand-lace Teal hair from a pack of short wefts or clip-in extensions. We have a great tutorial on how to hand-tie hair for a lacefront. With the Jaguar, you can sew or glue some wefts under the front hairline edge and heat-style them up, or you can use the glued hairline trick. Use wefts or clip-in extensions for the streaks of color as well. If you start with a Ken, you won’t need to add the extra lace!
Wig Suggestions: Venus in Black or Onyx
Our Venus style is plenty thick, which is excellent for securing a section up into a bun.
Wig Suggestions: Delilah in Sterling or Silver
Delilah is super long! Consider using our Venus style instead if you are not experienced with longer styles. Our Silky fibers will be easier to run a comb through while the Classic has less shine under bright lights. You can create a very light ombré at the bottom with a small amount of Graphite Rit Dyemore. Our ombré dye tutorial is a great guide to follow. Craft a hair bow out of a pack of short wefts and glue it to a clear hair comb to make it a removable accessory.
Wig Suggestions: Heidi or Lulu in Dark Blue
Heidi may need a little trimming, or you might like the extra length to frame your face! Our Lulu would need the bangs to be trimmed. A pack of short wefts will be plenty for her braids.
Our Zelda tutorial has some tips for making your own clip-in braids!
Wig Suggestions: Westley or Inigo in Midnight Blue
Westley has a skin top in front; train some hair forward with a hairdryer for the bang before trimming! Inigo has a lightly teased top and will have more volume overall compared to Westley.
Wig Suggestion: Magnum in Pure White or Silver
Pure White is more striking while Silver has more depth in photos. We recommend dyeing the blue ombré with Rit Dyemore. This method would require the back to be re-curled, but as long as the excess dye is washed out thoroughly it won’t rub off on your costume.
Our ombré hair dye tutorial and Glimmer tutorial give great advice on how to achieve this look.
Wig Suggestions: Luthien or Le Tigre in Pale Lilac
The bangs would need to be trimmed for both of these, but the extra length is great for her braid in the back. Don't be nervous, we have a great step-by-step tutorial that explains how to trim bangs! Le Tigre is more smooth while Luthien has layers if you want a more tapered look.
Wig Suggestion: Magnum Long and Long Wefts in Ice Violet
Ice Violet is the closest color. You could trim a Magnum Long for the base and use a pack or two of matching Long Wefts for styling her cat ears/horns and pigtails.
Wig Suggestions: Chibi or Caine in Black
Our Chibi style has a part down the back if you want true pigtails. We recommend wire supports to keep teased pigtails upright, or stub them and add foam core structures. Our expanding foam tutorial shows how to do wire supports as well as create foam core. If you don’t have a preference about the part in back, a much easier method is to start with a Caine and shake a couple Mega Buns. Our hairbun tutorial gives tips and tricks on styling and wearing hairbuns.
Fiery colors can be added with clip-in extensions.
Wig Suggestion: Venus in Periwinkle
Our Venus style is plenty thick if you want a longer style to cut Ganyu’s dramatic layers into. You can add a gradient of darker blue to the bottom with a synthetic dye such as Rit Dyemore. Our handy ombré hair dye tutorial shows you how. Need curling tips? We have those here!
]]>Wig Suggestions: Hansel or Jareth long in Fairy Blonde
The Hansel already has shorter, curly layers. Add Long Wefts or XL Clip-in Extensions for the braid, or trim and style the top of a long style such as our Jareth Long, Luthien, or Venus. Fairy Blonde is a light golden shade, but you might also like Champagne for a more natural look.
Wig Suggestion: Ayumi in Fairy Blonde or Champagne
Our Ayumi style has longer pieces in front, which are perfect for Lumine’s side tails with some trimming! Fairy Blonde is a light golden shade, but you might also like Champagne for a more natural look.
Wig Suggestions: Nigel or Inigo in Silver
Our Nigel is double thick compared to most styles, which is great for Paimon’s fluffy hair! Our Inigo is a smoother bob with less layers; tease and texture this style for more volume.
Wig Suggestions: Jeannie Base or Ayumi in Champagne
Our Jeannie Base is ponytail-ready while the Ayumi is a more lightweight base that's easy to manage. For the tail, use one of our Ponytail Wraps! The Jeannie Base's tail will be a tad short on its own, so we recommend the wrap for both styles.
This tutorial shows how to use ponytail wraps and our heat styling video shows how you can add curls and more!
Wig Suggestion: Venus in Mocha or Coffee
Our Venus Silky comes in Mocha and Coffee. Mocha will be the closest to most references while Coffee will be a bit warmer and lighter. Our Nina and Luthien styles come in the sister colors Dark Brown and Spanish Brown if you wish to use our Classic fibers and smooth the curls with heat.
Wig Suggestion: Ferrari in Dark Ash Blonde
Our Ferrari is a perfect out-of-the-bag style for Lisa. Secure loosely at the side with a ribbon or hair tie and trim the bangs to your liking.
Wig Suggestions: Caine or Magnum in Midnight Blue
Add a matching XL Clip-in Extension for the ponytail and a Clip-in Extension in Cool Mint for the bang streak, and you're good to go! The Caine will be smoother in the back while the Magnum has a bit more length to work with.
If you'd like to add an ombre to the bang streak, you can hand-color with sharpie markers or dip dye with a little Rit Dyemore.
Wig Suggestion: Chibi in Champagne or Ash Blonde
Our Chibi is ideal for pigtails thanks to the special skin part down the back. For longer tails, we recommend adding a couple of our Ponytail Wraps. Our ponytail wrap tutorial is a great step-by-step on how to achieve this look.
Wig Suggestion: Luthien in Cherry Red or Rust Red
Cherry Red is the closest shade to the artwork, but the brightness can be quite striking! If you are particular about brighter colors with your complexion or in photos, Rust Red is a little darker and can be more forgiving. The Luthien has lots of wavy layers throughout, but it will need some trimming for accurate lengths around the top.
View our tutorial on feathering bangs, which can also be applied to other areas.
Wig Suggestion: Jareth Long in Light Grey
Our Jareth Long has many layers and a pre-teased top excellent for spiking! You might consider adding an extra pack of Long Wefts in the back or using one of our many texturing tutorials for more volume.
Here's an easy trick to obtain fluffy spikes!
Wig Suggestions: Magnum or Jaguar in Raven
Add a pack of Short Wefts in Electric Blue or Royal Blue for the side tails! The Jaguar would need more trimming and styling in the front and back, but it has longer sides for a smoother transition to the lighter weft color.
Learn more about adding wefts for a faux ombre here and see our Venti tutorial with ombre-dyed wefts!
Wig Suggestions: Chibi or Eowyn in Champagne
Our Chibi style can be worn in lower pigtails, but it may need some careful hair placement to avoid gaps due to the unique wefting. Our Eowyn doesn't have a pigtail part down the back, but you can use the criss-cross trick to make it pigtail friendly. Learn some techniques for styling ahoge here!
Wig Suggestion: Caine in Victory Blonde or Ash Blonde
Victory Blonde has some grey blended in for a cooler tone while Ash Blonde will be a tad warmer. Fluff the style easily with a hair dryer and add some curl with a little heat!
Wig Suggestion: Inigo in Twilight Grey
Our Inigo is perfect with a little styling! Add the front braid using a few of our Clip-in Extensions or a pack of Short Wefts.
Wig Suggestion: Venus in Pale Blonde or Custard
Venus has a ton of volume, which is handy for half up/down looks. You may need to do some careful placement to avoid gaps. For thicker pigtails, consider our Ponytail Wraps! View our Ponytail Wrap tutorial for more information on how to use wraps with your wig.
Wig Suggestions: Jaguar in Cool Mint or Magnum in Mint
If you prefer Cool Mint, we carry XL Clip-in Extensions in the same shade as a quick ponytail add-on. Substitute the clip for a pack of Long Wefts if you use a Magnum in Mint. Add a small Clip-in Extension in Powder Blue for the top streak, and you can color the "ear" tips with some green Hair Chalk. View our hair chalk tutorial for more tips and tricks!
Wig Suggestions: Katinka in Dark Purple
Our Katinka's cut bangs and side tails make it a perfect base for Mona! Add 2 Mid Clips in Dark Purple (Coming Soon) for her pigtails.
Wig Suggestion: Magnum Long in Light Pink
Curl the layers up for her fluffy look and secure the bangs into a small ponytail.
Wig Suggestions: Inigo in Ash Blonde or Bucky in Champagne
Bucky is a lacefront while Inigo is a normal style. You can relax the curls on the bucky with heat from a flat iron, simmering hot water, or a steamer. We have a great tutorial on this here.
]]>Wig Suggestion: Derek in Silver with a Clip-in Extension in Crimson
Several of our short styles are great for Towa, and our Derek will be the closest length overall. You can add the little red piece in the front with either a trimmed clip-in extension or by hand-coloring a piece of the bangs with sharpie markers.
For a more stylized look, add some extra fluff using one of our texturing tutorials!
Wig Suggestion: Jeannie in Deep Brown with Clip-in Extensions in Crimson
Our Jeannie is ponytail-ready and comes with a clip-on tail. You could alternatively use a short wig base and pair it with a Mid Clip for less trimming! We recommend a smaller clip-in extension or wefts in crimson for each side of the head and ponytail.
See our Setsuna tutorial for a step by step styling guide!
Wig Suggestions: Jeannie or Claire in Black
Our Jeannie is ponytail-ready, and comes with a clip-on tail. You could alternatively use a short wig base and pair it with a Mid Clip for less trimming! The bangs will need to be trimmed, and you could texture them to add some fluff. Our new Claire style has wefts sewn in reverse to make it ponytail-friendly, and the top is lightly teased for easy spiking.
Wig Suggestions: Jeannie or Claire in Deep Brown
Our Jeannie is ponytail-ready, and the base tail length is perfect without the clip! The bangs will need to be trimmed, and you could texture the tail and bangs to add some fluff. Our new Claire style has wefts sewn in reverse to make it ponytail-friendly, and the top is lightly teased for easy spiking.
Wig Suggestions: Renee or Phoenix in Deep Brown
Since Hisui wears a low ponytail, you do not need a specialty style to tie it back. For a more natural hairline, our Renee is a lace front with plenty of length for a ponytail. Our Bucky style is a closer length, but shorter layers may need to be smoothed down with some hairspray and heat. For a more budget-friendly option, our Phoenix is easy to style out of the bag, or you could trim a Grace if you don't want shorter layers in the back.
Wig Suggestion: Heidi in Spanish Brown
Spanish Brown is available in our flattering bob, Heidi.
Add some extra fluff using one of our texturing tutorials!
]]>
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Denim Blue or Royal Blue
Royal Blue will be a stronger color while Denim is the closest match to most references. The Jaguar style is easy to fluff thanks to the pre-teased top, and it has enough length around the sides to frame the face. The tips can be dyed black with either a synthetic dip dye, hand-colored with hair chalk, or hand-colored with sharpies. For her human version, our Priscilla and Heidi are cute short bobs that would just need a little trimming and curl added for her cowlick.
For a step-by-step guide on the perfect Michiru wig, see our styling tutorial here!
Wig Suggestion: Hansel in Frost Blonde or Silver
Shirou’s hair is described as a white or silver, but references often have a hint of blonde or grey to it. Hansel is perfect out of the bag with a good shake or blow dry to fluff it up! For his beast form, our Blue Grey will be similar. For a custom color, you could tint Light Grey with green synthetic dye or Mint with a small amount of black dye. Our Rit dyemore tutorial is full of tips for creating custom colors!
Wig Suggestions: Ashley in Bubblegum or Luthien in Sliver
Nazuna has multiple hairstyles depending on her form.
Bubblegum is closest to her fox form, and we carry this color in the Ashley style. Leave as-is for a fluffy look, or you can smooth the curls with simmering hot water, a steamer, or a flat iron. Our straightening tutorial offers a great how-to! Add some clip-in extensions or wefts in Rose Pink for the long bang piece in front!
Salmon is a great color for her human form, and we carry this in our Venus style. Our Silky Venus comes in the sister color, Coral. Add Cherry Red clip-in extensions or wefts for the bang piece.
Nazuna’s wolf and pop star form wears Silver or Pure White. You could use our Luthien in Classic or with the Silky sister colors Sterling and Snow White. The Luthien has a long bang, which means you could dye the pink sections if you don’t want to purchase extra pieces. If you want to use extensions or wefts, we recommend Bubblegum for the bottom and either Rose Pink or Princess Pink for the bang.
Wig Suggestion: Inigo in Twilight Grey
Inigo has a pre-teased top that makes it easier to part on either side with a hair dryer. One side would need to be trimmed, and you can style the longer side with one of our many texturing tutorials! Twilight Grey is a grey tone with a hint of violet. This color also matches her beast form if you wish to create a unique interpretation with the same shade.
Wig Suggestions: Miles or Landon in Champagne
Our new Miles and Landon are perfect out of the bag, or you can trim the bang on a Blue Steele in Fairy Blonde if you want a more golden shade. For his beast form, you could combine golden colors such as Light Blonde or Yellow Blonde with lighter shades such as Frost Blonde or Lunar Blonde.
Wig Suggestions: Matilda in Royal Blue or Ami in Sonic Boom
The Matilda and Ami will work great in a ponytail, and our tutorial for making wigs ponytail-friendly offers a step-by-step guide.
Our Ponytail Wraps in various blues pair well with a matching short style. For more information on how to use a ponytail wrap, watch our ponytail wrap tutorial.
]]>Wig Suggestions: Derek Classic in Raspberry or Le Tigre Silky in Flamingo
Persephone’s hair varies in length throughout the series, and we carry a variety of styles in Hot Pink, Flamingo, Raspberry, and Dragonfruit with this goddess in mind! Delilah is our longest style but it will be very high maintenance. Le Tigre will be easier to manage and doesn’t have bangs, which is great for her longer looks. Derek is perfect for her shorter style.
Wig Suggestions: Miles or Landon in Silver
Silver and White are both excellent color options for Hades. Our Landon is a lacefront if you want a more natural looking hairline while the Miles is more budget friendly. Cady or Caine are also good options as the Caine has a lightly teased top that allows you to part the style more easily on the side with a hair dryer.
Wig Suggestions: Buttercup or Grace in Crimson
Both Buttercup and Grace have a skin top in front; this means you can part the style down the center or to either side with heat from a hair dryer! You can use a flat iron to straighten the curls on the Grace. Watch how to use heat on our wigs.
Wig Suggestions: Jaguar in Raspberry or Lulu in Hot Pink
Jaguar and Lulu have some longer bangs, which make them easier to curl for Eros. This tutorial has lots of tips and tricks for styling curls.
Wig Suggestions: Benny in Plum or Jaguar in Dark Purple
Benny is a perfect option out of the bag, but if you want a darker purple shade, then you could trim and curl a Jaguar.
Wig Suggestions: Le Tigre in Golden Blonde or Anne in Light Blonde
Hera’s hairstyle varies throughout the series. Our Benny in Fairy Blonde is good for her shortest looks while a Le Tigre or Anne would be great for her longer looks. For a more stylized look, we have the Anne, Luthien, Grace and Buttercup available in Yellow as well!
Wig Suggestions: Heidi or Priscilla in Raven
Both Heidi and Priscilla are great bobs for Hecate! You might like one or the other depending on which length you prefer with your own face shape.
Wig Suggestion: Luthien in Grape
The Luthien’s curls will need to be smoothed straight, but the longer bang is perfect for styling into a roll. Watch our straightening tutorial and victory roll tutorial for tips and techniques for styling your wig.
Wig Suggestions: Benny in Fairy Blonde or Champagne
Benny’s curls make it a perfect option for Ares right out of the bag! Fairy Blonde will have a more golden tone while Champagne is a more natural blonde.
Wig Suggestions: Anne in Titanium Blonde or Le Tigre Silky in Mica
We recommend the Anne style if you want a lacefont or Le Tigre if you want a more budget-friendly style. You can add on a Hairbun in Titanium Blonde or Frost Blonde for her looks featuring a bun.
Wig Suggestions: Luthien in Grape or Anne in Pale Lilac
Aphrodite’s hair color varies between scenes. Grape and Plum will be more rich while Pale Lilac is a lighter shade. Anne come in Pale Lilac if you prefer a lacefront for the natural hairline, and the Luthien comes in Grape if you’re looking for something more budget-friendly.
Wig Suggestions: Buttercup Classic in Plum or Buttercup Silky Eggplant
Our Buttercup style has a skin top in front that allows you to heat-train the front back or part in any direction using a hair dryer. Our heat styling tutorial has advice on how to achieve this.
What's the difference between our Classic and Silky fibers? We have this informative article here.
Wig Suggestions: Nina in Dark Purple or Venus in Blackberry
Dark Purple (Classic) and Blackberry (Silky) are perfect colors for Artemis! We carry the Nina and Venus styles in both fiber options. The Nina already has a straight cut bang, but you would need to smooth out the curls with heat. Learn how with our straightening tutorial.
Wig Suggestions: Anne or Le Tigre in Dark Copper Red
We recommend the Anne style if you prefer a lacefont or Le Tigre if you are looking for a more budget-friendly style.
]]>Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic in Silver or Venus Silky in Sterling
Our Venus style is a perfect choice for Inuyasha! Pure White and Snow White will appear more striking, while Silver and Sterling will have more depth in photos. For an even fluffier look, tease or texture some of the inner layers of the back. Hee-Hee has an amazing tutorial featuring two wigs combined together for Inuyasha here.
Looking for more teasing tutorials? Our tutorials for teasing ponytails and bangs give great advice.
Wig Suggestions: Nina or Stevie in Black
The curls at the ends of our Nina can be smoothed straight with heat if desired. Our Stevie style is a good length for Kagome as well regardless if you decide to keep the texture or smooth it.
If you need some advice on styling fluffy anime bangs or heat styling wigs, take a look at our expert tutorials.
Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic in Silver or Venus Silky in Sterling
Like our suggestion for Inuyasha, Pure White and Snow White will appear more striking, while Silver and Sterling will have more depth in photos. Our Delilah style is a closer length, but our Venus is the top choice because it is a bit easier to manage. If you're looking to detangle those locks, view our tutorial for untangling tips. You can also pre-treat wigs with fabric softener for easier wear.
Wig Suggestions: Venus or Jeannie in Deep Brown
Our Jeannie style comes with a clip-on ponytail that can be secured above its own shorter base tail. This will be a more advanced style to wear due to its unique sizing options and weight. We highly recommend wearing a wig grip to help minimize sliding. For beginners, it might be easier to use a short base like our Priscilla plus a Mid Clip Ponytail. These ponytail options are for her demon slayer suit; for her traveling costume, we recommend the Venus style. Our tutorial gives a quick trick for creating the loose shape in the back.
Wig Suggestions: Vivien or Derek in Black
For Miroku’s slim ponytail, our Vivien would be less thick compared to something like our Inigo or Mangum Long. Alternatively, you could use a short style such as our Derek and make the tail out of a couple clip-in extensions.
Wig Suggestions: Jeannie in Warm Light Brown or Jeannie Base in Sandy Brown
Our normal Jeannie comes with a ponytail clip-on and more color options, but we also carry the base on its own if you are on a budget. For beginners, you might also consider a short wig base such as our Derek paired with a short clip. For a fluffier look, tease the base tail or the clip-on’s tail. Our tutorial shows you how.
]]>
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Spanish Brown or Ginger Blonde
Link's sprite features a brown color. While artwork varies, it leans more toward blonde. Warm Light Brown and Sandy Brown would be great in-between options.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Light Brown or Warm Light Brown
The artwork vs sprite is a bit more consistent this time featuring a lighter brown for both. Light Brown will be more "cool" while Warm Light Brown will be more "warm."
Wig Suggestions: Jaguar in Ginger Blonde or Magnum in Baby Pink
For whatever reason, the sprite version of Link in Link to the Past has pink hair. The Magnum style comes in Baby Pink, and you could add a few clip-in extensions for longer sides. Ginger Blonde and Sandy Brown will be good matches for the artwork for both titles and the sprite for A Link Between Worlds. This texturing tutorial is handy for adding some extra fluff for the bang.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Dark Purple
For Link's Lorule counterpart, Dark Purple is a perfect choice!
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Ginger Blonde or Light Blonde
Ginger Blonde is a good match to the artwork for all these handheld titles. However, Link has a brighter golden color in the Link's Awakening remake. Light Blonde has the perfect amount of yellow blended in for this look.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Light Blonde
Link's hair is more golden in this title. Light Blonde has the perfect amount of yellow blended in for this look.
Wig Suggestions: Jaguar in Fairy Blonde or Magnum in Yellow
“Toon Link” has the most stylized look of them all. Magnum comes in Yellow if you wanna go all out and add some clip-ins to the sides. Fairy Blonde and Light Blonde are more golden blends if you want to tone it down.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Dark Ash Blonde or Desert Brown
Between the artwork and game, Link's hair appears more like a dark blonde or very light brown. Choose Dark Ash Blonde if you interpret the shade as more blonde, or Desert Brown if you're leaning more towards brown.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Ginger Blonde or Sandy Brown
Ginger Blonde will fit a more stylized look while Sandy Brown is a tad more natural.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Light Blonde or Fairy Blonde
Link’s hair is a more golden shade in this title. Light Blonde will be the closest, but you could also go with Fairy Blonde if you want something a little lighter or Pale Blonde for something less bright.
Wig Suggestion: Inigo in Ginger Blonde or Sandy Brown
Ginger Blonde will fit a more stylized look while Sandy Brown is a tad more natural. Our Inigo is perfect with long enough hair in back for his ponytail while still having a lightly teased top for more volume. Our Jareth style is another good option, but it will have more varying layers in the back.
Link does have some extra hairstyles in this game based on his head gear. Perhaps one of the more difficult (but also popular) ones is his Sheikah set. We have a tutorial here using an Ayumi paired with wefts for the bun.
Wig Suggestion: Jaguar in Silver or Black
Shadow Link normally has Black or Dark Purple hair in the main Zelda titles. It's Silver in Super Smash Brothers and for the Dark Link Breath of the Wild gear set.
Wig Suggestion: Ayumi in Fairy Blonde
Our Ayumi's longer sides are perfect for Linkle's braids!
Wig Suggestions: Inigo in Dark Brown or Magnum Long in Deep Brown
Animated Link's is longer in back and a darker brown shade. Our Inigo or Magnum Long would be great choices.
Wig Suggestion: Inigo in Ginger Blonde
For a longer and fuller bang, add some wefts! See our tutorial for how texturing can add even more volume.
Wig Suggestion: Vivien in Light Brown
The first Zelda game is one of the few where our princess is a brunette. Our Vivien would be an easy out-of-the bag option.
Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic in Light Blonde or Venus Silky in Golden Blonde
The same Zelda design is used in A Link Between Worlds. The Venus has a good length in the back and a bang. Light Blonde/Golden Blonde are closest to her golden shade. Depending on your preference in blondes, you might choose another shade. Our Nina style would be another good option if you straighten the curls with a flat iron, steamer, or simmering hot water.
Wig Suggestions: Luthien in Dark Purple or Le Tigre in Nightshade
The Luthien style can be straightened with a flat iron, steamer, or simmering hot water. Our wig straightening tutorial gives excellent advice on how to achieve this. The bangs can be tucked under on each side to blend into the style. We will also be adding Nightshade to our Le Tigre style soon, which would be another great option.
Wig Suggestions: Matilda or Grace in Ginger Blonde
Matilda and Grace have waves that can be smoothed with a flat iron, steamer, or simmering hot water. Our Le Tigre is a straight option that could work with some trimming, but the Matilda and Grace are easier to style back. Matilda is a lacefront and Grace has a skin top along the front. You can use heat from a hair dryer to train the front of the Grace back.
Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic or Luthien in Pale Blonde
Sheik’s hairstyle is the same between Ocarina of Time and the Super Smash Brothers games, but colors can vary between references. Pale Blonde, Light Blonde, Fairy Blonde, and Ginger Blonde are all good options, and we recommend picking a blonde you prefer with your own skin tone. The Luthien will have a longer bang to work with, and the layers will taper the thickness more drastically. The Venus will be thicker and longer in back. These styles are also available in our Silky line.
Wig Suggestion: Le Tigre in Ginger Blonde
This Zelda design is similar to Ocarina of Time, but her hair is longer in back. Watch our heat-styling tutorial for advise on how to style the curls in front.
Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic in Fairy Blonde or Venus Silky in Honey
“Toon Zelda” can be pulled off easily with a blonde Venus. Fairy Blonde and Honey are lighter golden shades that are great for a stylized look.
Wig Suggestions: Jasmine or Ayumi in Fairy Blonde
Our Jasmine is a popular option for Tetra because it’s already updo friendly and has enough hair to roll into a bun. If you prefer something easier to wear, you could use an Ayumi and make the bun out of a ponytail clip accessory or hairbun accessory.
For a more stylized look, you can cover foam with hair from a pack of wefts and attach it similarly to how we make the Sheikah Link bun in this tutorial.
Wig Suggestion: Jeannie in Pumpkin
The Jeannie has a skin top that would allow you to heat-train the bangs back into the base ponytail. If you prefer a lacefront, the easiest solution would be adding a Mid Clip to a Cady.
Wig Suggestions: Tauriel in Warm Light Brown or Arwen in Sandy Brown
Tauriel and Arwen are both good lacefront options, depending on the styling you’re looking to do.
If you love the Tauriel but are looking for a rounder hairline, view our tutorial for expert advise. Love the Arwen? The hair can be smoothed straight with a flat iron, steamer, or simmering hot water. Our tutorial shows you how to achieve this look.
You can use long wefts in a second shade for her highlights. You can add Warm Light Brown to Sandy Brown or vice-versa. If you prefer a warmer shade you could add Pale Blonde or Custard.
Wig Suggestions: Le Tigre in Light Blonde or Fairy Blonde
Our Le Tigre has no bangs and minimal layering in back, which is ideal for this version of Zelda. It also comes in our Silky line!
See our loose ponytail trick to shape the back above the braid.
Wig Suggestions: Venus Classic in Light Blonde or Venus Silky in Golden Blonde
The Venus has a great length in the back, though the bang may need to be trimmed shorter. Light Blonde/Golden Blonde are closest to her golden shade. Depending on your preference in blondes, you may prefer another shade. Our Nina style would be another good option if you straighten the curls with a flat iron, steamer, or simmering hot water.
Wig Suggestions: Anne in Light Blonde or Le Tigre in Yellow Blonde
Light Blonde and Yellow Blonde are the closest shades with their golden yellow tones. If you don’t mind something a tad shorter, our Grace style has a part in the front and can be smoothed straight with a flat iron, a steamer, or simmering hot water. We do carry braid headbands, but for a thicker braid you can use a pack of short wefts and tuck it in with some bobby pins or wig clips.
Wig Suggestion: Buttercup in Light Blonde
For Zelda’s shorter haircut, our Buttercup is a great option because it has a skin top in the front. This allows you to part the style down the center with heat from a hair dryer. It will need to be trimmed up to an accurate length. Our Westley is a shorter option, but it will be shorter in back than it is in the front. Our Yuri would also work well and we will be adding Light Blonde to this style soon!
We do carry braid headbands, but for a thicker braid you can use a pack of short wefts and tuck it in with some bobby pins or wig clips.
Wig Suggestions: Grace in Light Blonde or Papaya
Animated Zelda’s hair color varies between references. Light Blonde is a safe choice for Zelda overall while Papaya is closer to references where her hair is more of a muted orange.
Wig Suggestions: Buttercup in Yellow Blonde or Light Blonde
Buttercup has a skin top in front. This allows you to part the style on either side or in the center with heat from a hair dryer.
Our Ken style would need some trimming overall, but it does have a slight widow’s peak in the front and longer hair on the sides for Rufus’s signature bang. His hair color is lighter or darker depending on the scene, but Ash Blonde and Dark Ash Blonde appear to be good options.
Our Landon would be a good out-of-the bag alternative if you prefer minimal trimming, and you could add some wefts or clip-in extensions for a longer bang. Here is a great video to show you how.
For a non-lace alternative, we recommend our Blue Steele if you wish to do minimal styling, or our Jaguar has a lightly teased top that is easier to part on the side.
Our Vegas style was designed with Reno in mind! This style is available in Rust Red, which is closest to his remake color.
You can use some heat from a hair dryer to train the front back before spiking, and our Sora tutorial shows multiple ways you could style spikes to a wig.
Our Renee style will have a more natural hairline shape, while the Anne has more length to work with. You could alternatively use our Tauriel style and pluck the hairline down for a slightly cheaper option. If you don’t want a lacefront, our Buttercup and Grace styles have a skin top in front that would allow you to more easily train the hair back with heat. His hair is normally interpreted as black, but Deep Brown or Cool Dark Brown could be good options as well depending on your preference.
Looking for tips on using heat on our wigs? Check out our heat styling tutorial.
Obviously Rude doesn’t need a wig, but we can’t leave him out!
We carry Kryolan bald caps in two options, and you’ll need to use makeup to blend them with your own skin tone. The Kryolan website has some tips for how to apply them.
We might not see Elena in the first chapter of the remake, but based on her appearance from the original game and Advent Children we think our Westley style would be a great choice! Westley has a skin top in the front so you can heat-train the bangs to either side with a hair dryer. Our Jaguar, Ken, or Yuri plus wefts would also be suitable options depending on your budget and the amount of trimming and styling you’re comfortable with.
See our Tutorial Master List for a variety of trimming and other styling tutorials!
]]>Our Jaguar is the perfect length with some teasing and styling, but a Jareth would have more length and volume to work with overall. Pumpkin is available in the Jaguar if you want a more “natural” orange shade.
Looking to learn some expert spiking tips and tricks? Check out our Sora or Fluffy Spikes tutorial!
When the waves of a Ferrari are straightened, you can have a beautiful layered style that is longer than our Jareth and thinner on top, making wearing a hat a bit easier.

It's more difficult to have stylized, gravity defying waves that will stick out just like Shiki's, but this could be achieved with wire supports or by adding texture to allow hairspray an easier time to hold the curl together.
Joshua’s hair color is closest to Aria Blonde, which comes in our Inigo style if you enjoy trimming and curling. If so, this tutorial is perfect for tips and tricks! For minimal styling, our Jaguar style comes in Victory Blonde and Light Grey, which would only need some trimming and curling at the sides.
Beat’s hair is mostly hidden by a hat, so you can go with just about any short blonde style you like! We recommend our Jett but Caine and Derek would also be good options. Champagne is a more natural golden color while Fairy Blonde is more stylized.
We love our Heidi for Rhyme! Like Beat, Rhyme’s hair is mostly under a hat, but you can see more of the style overall. Choose champagne for a more natural golden color or Fairy Blonde if you like a more stylized look.
Both the Jaguar and Magnum Long are great options for Sho. Jaguar is a pre-teased top style, and Magnum Long has a button top at the crown. You can't miss with these!
Chris is a lacefront with a more natural hairline. If you are looking for a more budget-friendly style, use our Jett and style up the front with heat from a hair dryer and some hairspray.
Dany is a excellent lacefront option with loose waves while Grace is a more budget-friendly option with a skin top. Both would need some trimming for an accurate length. This helpful tutorial is for bangs, but the same trimming techniques can be used to achieve the perfect length as well.
Morpheus is a lacefront that has reverse wefts in back, which is perfect for this type of style! Texturing the hair first will make it easier to keep the style up with hairspray. Jareth doesn’t have the unique wefting in back, but it has similar volume and length for styling if you’re on a budget.
An Inigo or Ferrari would be great options with some trimming. Our Heidi in Maroon is also great length if you're looking for something a bit more red. Wine is the closest color option, but style choices are a little more limited.
]]>Our Jasmine style is ponytail-ready and long enough to work with the tail in the back. Jasmine is a more advanced style to wear. If you prefer something with more flexibility that is easier to care for, use our Ayumi style and create a ponytail out of a pack of short wefts or a ponytail wrap.
This foam tutorial shows you how to create a simple wire structure, and the same trick can be used to create Korra’s style of ponytail!
Warning: spoilers ahead!
Korra has a short bob later in the series. Our Heidi would be the closest length, or you could trim our Yuri or Westley styles in front for a longer bang. The Westley has a skin top that allows you to heat-train the front to either side while the Yuri has a lightly teased top; both are versatile. And, of course, there's always our good friend the Inigo!
Our Chris and Marty styles are perfect for Mako. Chris has a closer length while the Marty has a deeper widow’s peak. If you’re on a budget, a non-lace style such as our Jett would be fitting with a little heat from a hair dryer to push up the front.
Ken is a superb option if you prefer a lacefront, and our Jaguar is the same length if you’re on a budget. Both of these styles would need some curling for his waves. Tease the front of the Ken for a slight pompadour or heat-train the top of the Jaguar back with a hair dryer and comb.

This tutorial demonstrates spikes, but the same trick can be used to add volume for unique shapes such as pompadours.
Matilda is perfect out of the bag, and there is plenty of volume in the top to part the lacefront on either side. Our Dany is a similar lacefront style that has a ventilated part in the center, but this cannot be moved unless you wear the style tilted. Grace is a non-lacefront option with a skin top that allows parting the front on either side with a hair dryer.
Grey style options are limited, but our Josephine would work wonderfully when fluffed out around the bottom. The side part cannot be moved but you could tilt the style to position it in the center. Our Jane has looser, layered curls you can brush and bangs you could tuck to each side. And if you have a style you'd die to see our Grey in, why not drop us a line and let us know!

Heidi plus a Hairbun is an wonderfully adorable option!
Warning: spoilers ahead!
For Jinora’s older look, our Yuri and Westley styles have longer hair in front. Yuri has a lightly teased top, and Westley has a skin top that can be parted at the center using heat from a hair dryer.
Since Ikki’s buns have fabric covers, you can fake this with a short base like our Blue Steele and foam balls covered in fabric. Our Chibi has a skin part in the back if you prefer a true pigtail style.

For her older look, a Natasha would be a fabulous option.

While Aang's head is normally shaved, he grows his hair out in a later part of the series. Our Rocky style in Deep Brown is a great option for this version!
Katara has a few different hairstyles, and a long wavy wig with no bangs is perfect for all of them! We recommend our Ororo style if you're on budget, or our Ami and Arwen are great options if you want a lacefront hairline. Cool Dark Brown, Deep Brown, and Dark Brown will be great color choices depending on the reference image.
If you're making Zuko's topknot, this might be easiest to achieve with a bald cap and a small hole to allow longer natural hair to come through in the back. You could also craft a topknot with a bang clip or wefts, but something like this might not stay on a bald cap very well due to the cap's stretchy material.
Warning: spoilers ahead!
Let's be honest: Most Zuko cosplayers go for his longer hairstyle rather than the topknot! Our Caine in Deep Brown or Cool Dark Brown would be excellent choices.
Our Blue Steele is a fabulous choice for Toph because it has longer bangs in front. To make her bun, the most popular method is to cover a foam form with a pack of short wefts before gluing it to the back of your base wig. We suggest bulking up a styrofoam head to match your head size or use a canvas head for the glue step. Cover your wig head with plastic wrap as well before putting the wig on it to avoid glueing your wig and bun to the head itself!

If your own hair is already shaved, trim one or two XL Clip-in Extensions and you're good to go! Tack the front down with a little spirit gum or prosthetic adhesive if you don't have enough hair on top for the clip attachments. A Short Clip would be thicker and could also work with an adhesive if you remove the butterfly clip. If your head isn’t shaved, use a bald cap and stipple the sides with makeup.

Sokka's shaved sides vary in length throughout the show. You can trim our Jess style in Dark Brown for this.
Our Jeannie and Viktor are both ponytail-friendly styles. The Jeannie has a skin top that would allow you to heat-train some of the bangs back with a hair dryer. A Viktor would need to be untied and re-secured to bring a couple pieces in front down to frame your face. The Viktor in particular is a difficult style to wear, but trimming the length will make it lighter and easier to style.
See our Viktor tutorial for more information about this advanced lacefront.

Azula does have a hairstyle where her hair is worn down. A non-ponytail style like our Matilda or Grace would be ideal for this.
Our Westley is an excellent length and has a skin top for versatile styling in front with a hair dryer. Our Bucky would also be a good lacefront option that comes in a warm brown, but it might need some heat-styling.
See our tutorial for some resourceful straightening methods.
Mai's hair styling is a little ambiguous, but it appears to be a braided updo with a couple sections left down and two small buns on top. Our Nina or Eowyn style would be perfect options; the Nina already has cut bangs and is a little more budget-friendly while the Eowyn is a closer length in the back and has plenty of volume.
See our tutorial for some inventive straightening methods if you use a Nina.
Ty Lee's hairstyle will be back-heavy due to the long braid, so we recommend wearing a Wig Grip to minimize sliding! Our Jasmine is ponytail-ready, but if you don't mind a bit of extra styling work for something that will be easier to wear, you could pair a Blue Steele with a pack of long wefts. Build a wire support like the one we show in our Expanding Foam Core tutorial, but instead of securing foam over it, you can spiral wefts around the wire before braiding it and add a ribbon around the base.
This style could be approached a number of ways. When securing a wig up into a half ponytail or parting the back for braids, there is the possibility of gaps or weft tracks showing. Do some criss-cross work or add wefts to help hide these areas.

Our Arwen style is another fantastic lacefront option, and the Ororo style comes in our Silky fibers. Silver and Sterling will have more depth in photos while Snow White and Pure White will be more striking.

Yue has a hairstyle where her hair is worn down. Any of the styles listed above would be perfect for this as well, and this tutorial is an innovative way for adding more volume.
