Return Policy For Wigs And Wig Related Items

Wigs/accessories can be returned for store credit if the item was not worn, tried on, or altered, and only if all original packaging is included. Please contact orders@arda-wigs.com within five business days of receipt to let us know you would like to make a return. All customers making a return will need to provide their own return label and all items should be in the original packaging (tissue, netting, plastic bag) and sent to the address below.

Be sure to include a note outlining the details of your return (first name, last name, invoice number). Upon receipt of the item, we will inspect it and you will be issued store credit for the value of the item(s) in your return minus the cost of shipping. The store credit will be valid for any purchase from our store but will not apply to shipping expenses.


Please note: If an item has been altered or worn, is missing packaging, or a return request isn't made within five days, the eligibility for return is voided. We inspect items at our offices before approving any return to make sure they meet these requirements. Please be honest with your returns. If you’ve put it on your head, do not send it back. Believe it or not, we can tell. :)
If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, a full refund will be given and the order corrected. Customers with mistaken or defective items will be provided return labels free of charge.

Return Policy For Makeup Items

ALL SALES OF MAKEUP AND MAKEUP RELATED ITEMS ARE FINAL.
If you receive a defective item please contact us at orders@arda-wigs.com. Please include first and last name, order number, and a description of any potentially defective items. An Arda team member will respond to you within 3 business days.

Arda Wigs, LLC User Generated Content

Arda Wigs, LLC (“Arda Wigs”) connects with social media users to share ideas, learn about styles and characters, expand our imaginations, and build community. When we at Arda Wigs get excited about user posts that you share with us, we will seek your permission to feature those posts on Arda Wigs’ various websites, social media channels, and promotional materials. When you post great images, Arda Wigs will reach out to you through a direct message on the applicable social media platform and identify the post we are requesting your permission to use.  

If you grant Arda Wigs permission to use your content by responding “#Ardashare” to such an inquiry, you agree to allow Arda Wigs to use your social media content pursuant to these Arda Wigs, LLC User Generated Content Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). You have the right, at any time, to request that Arda Wigs cease using a post you previously approved. We will remove the material as expeditiously as possible.

Terms & Conditions:

  • Use of User Content. By agreeing to Arda Wigs’ request to use your content, you agree to grant Arda Wigs a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-sublicenseable, revocable, perpetual right to use, print, display, reproduce, edit, alter, distribute, and otherwise exploit the social media post which Arda Wigs identifies in its request, including, without limitation, any text, photos, and other content posted by you on your social media account (collectively, the “User Content”), in whole or in part, in print, online or electronic publications, including webpages and social media, in connection with promotion of Arda Wigs’ products and services or for any other legal purpose.

    • Arda Wigs may create derivative works from, combine with other materials, alter and/or edit your User Content in any manner in its sole discretion to promote Arda Wigs products and services and to match the aesthetic of Arda Wigs social media accounts. You grant Arda Wigs the right to use your username, real name, image, likeness, location, descriptions of you, or other identifying information, including but not limited to your voice, in connection with any use of your User Content. Arda Wigs may also use your User Content to identify and promote specific Arda Wigs products and services by providing URLs or links which allow other social media users to view and purchase such products and services online.

    Except for the terms, conditions, and usage rights set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the User Content will remain your exclusive property, and you retain all rights in the User Content and any derivative work, including without limitation, the right to use, copy, sell, license, and distribute the User Content.

  • Representations and Warranties. You represent and warrant that (a) you are the photographer of any photo in the User Content or you have secured the rights from the photographer to allow you to exclusively own all rights to the photo, (b) you are the sole author of any written User Content, (c) if a photo includes any person other than you, you have secured the rights from such person to enable you to grant Arda Wigs the rights in these Terms and Conditions, (d) the use of the User Content will not violate or infringe upon the rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, or other rights, of any third party, (e) you are over the age of 18, and (f) you have the full and exclusive right and authority to enter into these Terms and Conditions.

    • You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold Arda Wigs harmless from any liability related in any way to Arda Wigs’ lawful use of your User Content.

    You shall not have a claim to compensation or any claim arising out of Arda Wigs’ use of the User Content.  You agree that any views expressed in the User Content were stated without any prior promise of payment or other benefit, and without any expectation of payment or benefit in return for giving your views or posting any content related to Arda Wigs or the products or services Arda Wigs provides.

  • Miscellaneous. You agree that if Arda Wigs does not exercise or enforce any legal right or remedy which is contained in these Terms and Conditions (or which Arda Wigs has the benefit of under any applicable law), this will not be taken to be a formal waiver of Arda Wigs’ rights and remedies.

    • If any court of law, having the jurisdiction to decide on this matter, rules that any provision of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, then that provision will be removed without affecting the rest of these Terms and Conditions. The remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions will continue to be valid and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the State of Colorado. If a dispute or controversy arises out of these Terms and Conditions, you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the state or federal courts of Colorado.

    Arda Wigs reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions without advance notice. You should review the Terms and Conditions each time you grant Arda Wigs permission and authorization to feature your content.
