Updated Quality Control Initiatives
Our commitment to quality has never changed. We know there's a lot of places people can go to purchase products, and we want to be one of the best out there. For 2020, we are tightening our inspections and adding some additional layers to our quality control while we work on implementing long-term, fundamental changes to our manufacturing process, in response to both customer feedback and personnel issues with our partner factory.
With this new program, there are now three levels to our inspection process!
Level One: Factory-side inspection
We are hiring brand new inspectors in our partner factory in China, and their dedicated jobs will be to inspect all of our products as they are made. Our factory is the same as it has always been, and factory-side inspection is the quickest and most effective way to get improperly made items corrected before they are sent. We are eager to be able to take this step this year, and we plan to do so as soon as workers can be reliably hired; currently we are experiencing considerable delays due to the COVID outbreak in China.
Level Two: Receiving-side inspection
Our restocks include many thousands of pieces of product, and our five-person warehouse team has always done a great job of inspecting a cross-section of every SKU we receive. We are ramping this up for 2020 to include as many individual pieces as we can.
Level Three: Warehouse quality spot checks and final shipment inspection
Our five person warehouse team gives a quick inspection of every item sent out of our warehouse upon ordering with the intent to catch any final issues before shipment. In addition to this, we have already instituted rolling warehouse quality inspections for product we have already received.
Trust in our product and our customer service is important to us. Our small team does a great job, but they do a lot in a day, and our commitment to you doesn't end when our products leave our warehouse. If something that doesn't meet our standards happens to slip through the cracks and make its way to you, please don't hesitate to let us know. Drop us an email right away at orders@arda-wigs.com and let us know what problem you're having. We're always happy to help make things right for you, and email is the fastest way to get in touch with us. We use your feedback and photos to improve our products and communicate issues from our office to our manufacturer, so please contact us; we are eager to help.
Our warehouse team is available Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm CST. Thanks for shopping with us and giving us your trust!
