This is an important update:
We know that you’re aware of just how tough the economic landscape is, and as a small, independent business, we are also feeling the pressure.
With inflation, increases in shipping fees, rent, and the cost of our goods, and the responsibility to take care of our employees, our running costs have increased whilst our products have stayed the same price. Wages at our partner factory have also gone up, and we continue to be committed to ensuring a fair wage and benefits throughout our supply chain.
We’ve been operating for over 16 years and we have always designed and created our wigs in-house with a mind for the needs of our cosplay customers. In order for us to keep providing our high-quality products, personalized customer service, and quick shipping, our prices will have to change. Our focus is on getting our stock levels back up to what they were pre-pandemic, and in order to achieve this, our pricing has to reflect the costs to both run our business and purchase more inventory.
Therefore, from August 29th, we will be increasing the price of all of our products to support these goals, and we hope you’ll understand this decision.
We know this is a disruption and we know our struggle with the changing economic landscape and our inventory these past years has not gone unnoticed by our customers, so we wanted to reward your loyalty and patience with a final sale before our price increase comes into place. This way, you can grab the Arda Wigs products you love at a great sale price.
