We've recently switched to a new website!

 

There was a hiccup with customers being unable to log into their accounts. To fix this issue, we are sending out account invitation emails from our Shopify Server with a link inside for account re-activation. These emails will be sent to all customers in our database, including customers that might have placed an order but didn’t create an account. If you do not wish to have an account with us, feel free to decline. If you declined the email on accident, you can email us for another invitation. Customer information is not distributed to third parties.

Once you click this link, you will reactivate your old account complete with order history and (soon) your Arda Coin totals. Please make sure you check your spam folder just in case, these emails will be coming from orders@arda-wigs.com. If by Tuesday morning you have not received an email to activate your account please email us at orders@arda-wigs.com so we can assist without sharing any of your personal info on Facebook.


For customers not being able to see the website, we are working on that issue as well! In the meantime if you get a security warning from your browser, there should be an advanced button you can click, and under that an option, 'Proceed Anyway' that will allow you to visit the site.


Our web team is working hard to fix any bugs and transfer the remaining resources. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
