What's going on with restock in the time of COVID-19

Hi Arda fam!

Our mini-warehouse duo just wanted to give you an update on how our supply chain has been affected, and how we are doing our best to make sure your product gets to you.

Currently we face a materials supply chain issue, a personnel issue, and a finished product transportation issue.

This means it's slower to get materials to make wigs, slower to make the wigs, and slow to ship the wigs. Mostly it's the last one causing the biggest delays, as we can't fit all of our boxes in the few planes taking off right now, and the prices to do so even if we could would be prohibitive.

So, in order to still attempt to get product to you as fast as possible, we are shipping part of the wigs by plane and part of the wigs by sea. Since sea freight can take up to a month, we are putting enough wigs to satisfy any outstanding backorders (plus a few extra) on the plane at the time of shipment, and the rest on the boat. This means backordered customers are prioritized first, and their wait is as short as we can make it.

Thanks for understanding during these difficult times. We really appreciate everyone and how wonderful and supportive you've been.
